Our process begins with your inspiration. We create a detailed drawing reflecting the style and finish colors you want. After you approve the design and we verify measurements, we begin handcrafting the garage door. The build typically takes 3–8 weeks. When your door is complete, we coordinate pick up date.

We build our garage doors using high-quality C.H.I. insulated steel-back flush panel doors as the foundation. For the exterior finish, we offer premium cellular PVC overlays, specialized acrylic for our frameless glass designs, and clear Western Red Cedar for our Shorewood Collection. Each material is selected for durability, performance, and a clean, modern look.

All doors are Florida wind-load rated and meet the requirements for the wind zone that corresponds to your address.
Each door is tested and certified to applicable Florida building code standards for wind resistance.
The correct wind-load rating is selected based on the wind zone for your specific address, ensuring compliance with local code and insurance requirements.
Documentation of wind-load certification and installation compliance is provided upon pickup + install.
If you need help determining your wind zone or confirming a door’s rating for your address, provide the address and we will verify the appropriate wind-load rating.

All of our doors come with a 3-year warranty on parts, giving you peace of mind from day one. Our Shorewood, Tide View, Breakwater, and Breaking Tides collections also include a 5-year warranty on their overlay materials for added durability.
To keep your Shorewood door covered, the wood must be properly finished and sealed. Please note that painting or staining any of our finished products will void the warranty.
